Travis is an active hunter as well as an outfitter. Hunting and travel are part of his family's life, and that experience shapes every conversation about your next trip.
Meet Heart of Texas OutfittersWhat is included with a Texas hunt?
Dublin hunts include guiding, skinning, quartering, chef inspired meals, and lodging. West Texas aoudad hunts include meals and lodging. Inclusions depend on the selected hunt and are set out in your contract.
How do prices and the contract work?
Texas prices may vary plus or minus (±) depending on the available animal, ranch, availability, and group. Contact us about your species. Your contract fixes the agreed price and confirms the dates, animal of choice, and hunt details.
Where will we stay?
Lodging depends on your hunt, species, and the ranch we recommend. We can share available property photos before booking, and your contract confirms the property.
Can guests and children come?
Nonhunters are welcome on Texas hunts at $200 per day for meals and lodging. Children under 10 are free. Ask us about guest arrangements for other destinations.
Can you help with taxidermy and meat processing?
Yes. We can help with taxidermy recommendations and meat processing for your Texas hunt. Tell us what you have in mind when we discuss the trip.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A required deposit reserves your dates and books the hunt. Deposits are nonrefundable. Your contract sets out the details.
What happens after I send an inquiry?
We follow up by call or email to learn about the hunt you want, discuss availability and options, and help you proceed to booking.
